The majority of roofs fail and require complete replace-ment due to a lack of preventative maintenance. Complete replacement of your buildings roofing system is inevitable and costly. Other than an experienced professional roofing contractor, few individuals are qualified to properly repair or maintain your building's roof. The need for repairs or maintenance is often overlooked until extensive damage has occurred, often leading to im-mediate replacement of the entire roofing system. A properly maintained roof may perform twice as long as one that is not maintained - virtually cutting your roof-ing budget in half.
Company sought business after a storm. They did well meeting claims adjuster and getting claim but wanted the entire check prior to doing any work! We did not do this and most reputable companies do not require this. Scheduling became a problem and then they used subcontractors for the roof. This is where the issues REALLY began. Subcontractors first showed up 2-3 of them smoking cigarettes and then proceeded to pick items out of garbage of the neighbor that was moving out, next door. The roofing was started and completed in one day on Aug 22. They failed to cover the landscaping and ruined bushes, then marked up (at least 20 spots) and broke the vinyl siding during tear off. Dented a downspout, marked up the wood gable trim, left a 4 foot tar mark from shingles on the door and scraped a gutter. Also, we picked up a 5 gallon bucket of debris after they left. 2 weeks later still not resolved. October 11, Problems still not resolved.
Very attentive to detail. Prompt and thorough throughout the estimate process. Educates you on the need for proper ventilation and adequate insulation in our local climate and the adverse effects an improper low budget installation will have on your home/ investment.
