Highly disappointed in this business. I took a shirt that I paid over $100 for in on Tuesday of the past week, I asked that the shirt be dry cleaned and starched as it has to stay super crisp because I show at the Quarter Horse Congress this week. She told me the shirt will be ready by Thursday. I didn't receive any calls so I stopped in on Friday and picked it up. I took my shirt out today and it very clearly has been washed and has shrunk at least 1 size if not 2 and the shine that this particular shirt had is completely gone. It is ruined and I'm highly disappointed. Will not use this business again.
