I just want to say how wonderful Adrian dry cleaners was for us this past weekend. My daughter's wedding dress was picked up and supposed to be in pristine condition for her wedding this past Saturday, from a place in Grand Rapids. When she stopped to pick it up the woman DID NOT even have it ready to go, it looked terrible! I Contacted Adrian dry cleaners through Facebook on Thursday evening at 8:00 PM, and they responded IMMEDIATELY and told me if I had the dress there by 8 o'clock AM on Friday morning they would have it ready to go at noon. The dress was in worse condition than they had originally thought from my conversation and because it was supposedly a new dress, (seriously wondering) there were stains on the train including a red ink mark among other things. Dan called me and said they would do their very best to get it cleaned but that it really needed to be dry cleaned which would take a week, and not just pressed. When I picked up the dress from Adrian dry cleaners, the dress looked absolutely beautiful! The red ink mark was very faint and other stains were removed. Because they couldn't get all of the stains out, (again, this had nothing to do with Adrian dry cleaners), they discounted what they had originally told us that it was going to cost to press. I am beyond impressed with Adrian dry cleaners and would highly recommend this wonderful place of business. ~ Lori Jewett
