Mr. Jeter operated the company as Jeter Sheetmetal, Inc. until 1984 when David Grosse purchased the company. Soon after the purchase, the name was changed to First Service Air Conditioning Contractors, Inc. In 1986, the company opened an additional office in Midland, Texas that serves as the main office for the corporation. The name First Service was selected to show our commitment to service.
