We were very pleased with their attention to detail. And, we are very pleased with the system they designed and installed for us. We could not have found a better high-quality product line as well as a highly motivated team anywhere else!
Had someone else come out before them and they said they couldn't fix it and it would be a huge expensive fix. A tech named Josh came out and fixed it in less than ten minutes and it is working great.
Furnace went out. Less than 1 hour from time of call until Scott the seviceman arrived. ( At 11 pm on a Friday night.) He was very informative and helpful. Turns out we needed a new furnace. He came out Saturday morning and took measurements and gave us our options. They even had an installer who was willing to come in on the weekend to install it. Due to our scheduling conflict, not theirs, we opted to wait until Monday. They gave us two space heaters to use until furnace was installed. I would highly recommend Watkins Heating and Cooling to anybody.
