Our sink had fallen thru and created a couple small patches of aspergillus. Explaining to servpro and even sending them the inspection report, they assured me it would hardly cost anything. The tech, curtis also saw it, showed me pictures and also assured me it would hardly cost anything. I paid the $150 for the estimate, & was told it would apply to my bill after they remove the 3 small patches. After repeatedly calling for 6 days, curtis tells me $1000. I nearly died. Apparently that's not a lot to them, just us common folk. I called for a, second opinion to another company who came out for FREE & removed it all & went above & beyond for $325. Thank you Paul Davis Restoration. SERVPRO will NEVER get my business.
