This is my number one go to with any type of dry clean I need. The store manager April always greets people with a smile and makes going here such a pleasure. All the staff that works at that location are amazing and will get you taken care of. Even when I have a very last minute request they always try and fit me in as soon as possible and the lady that does alterations is amazing. Also the woman named Brentley and Anna are always so attentive to requests. Great business and I will not go anywhere else!
Great place for alterations. Vera does a fabulous job and the price can't be beat. Very friendly and helpful employees as well. I got my wedding dress altered here and it was done very quickly.
First time using bell, went in for pick up a day after it was to be ready - was not at the right location and and had not even been serviced yet. They said that "no one told them." This upset me because it had been 5 days since I dropped it off and it was apparent there are communication issues within the business, but I do understand things happen. So, I happily came in today to pay for my service (although late) only to get home and realize that the satin sash on my ball gown was missing. So, I took another trip to bell and found out the sash had not been marked and they didn't know where it was. Personally, I think it's unacceptable service To be told it is "out of there hands" once it leaves the location. I had absolutely no clue when I dropped my gown off at bell laundry it would need to leave the location in the first place. Thankfully, the sash was found. The ladies were nice and I was offered a $5 credit, but don't think I should have paid at all for the lack of service I received. I hope this post at minimum gives some insight to the business on how to improve their structure.
