I took a very expensive pottery barn blanket to henrietta location to be cleaned. I went back on pick up date, the employee. stated " it's not here I'm not sure where it is. You can go in back and look for it" what? Looked and no, it's not there! Then the clerk said well you can call our other stores and see if they have it. Again what? Called the other stores nobody knows anything about it. I asked to speak with the owner was told to call Saturday to the E.Ridge store he would be there. He was not I had to call blossom rd store. Long story short no one knows anything! I was told we have a quilt that's similar could that be yours? I'm sick over this it was a gift from my brother who passed away 1 year ago and that was being cleaned for his memorial horrible service horrible experience and even worse business practices! They apparently send all dry cleaning to other locations all over the Rochester area and have no system for tracking. Never take anything of any value or importance!

One common mistake we as professionals have noticed over the years is often times, people try to clean over sized comforters at home. It’s like trying to fit into your kids clothes. Sorry, but that ain’t going to happen!
