For optimal results, most area rugs are taken to our shop for cleaning. Customers can bring them to our Pleasant Hill Road office or for a nominal charge we can arrange pick up and delivery. A free estimate can be arranged. Our technicians are trained in handling and cleaning all types of area carpets from the simplest area rug to the most expensive, including oriental, hooked, braided, Dhurries, and others. Depending upon the type of fiber the rug is made of, we use either a dry cleaning or hand washing process.

We are on call 24 hours a day to respond to any kind of water damage including water heater breaks, burst pipes, or heavy rain floods. Our truck-mounted equipment produces a powerful vacuum that lets us extract the water. Then we place high velocity air movers and state of the art dehumidifiers to dry the area quickly. This is followed by a three step cleaning process that includes deodorizing, mildew control and ph balancing.
