Ed and Mary Pat purchased ServiceMaster Performance in 2002 and has grown the organization from 150 to over 400 employees. Ed's background is in small business growth, sales and marketing. Ben joined ServiceMaster Performance I early 2016. For over twenty years Ben has managed service organizations including owning his own successful ServiceMaster franchise for seven years. For the three years prior to joining our team, Ben managed Houston Methodist Hospital environmental services. At Houston Methodist, he managed cleaning for over 330 beds in addition to over a million square feet of medical office space.
