If yours is a phone or Internet estimate, you will need to either (1) authorize more time if we are unable to finish the job in the time estimated or (2) accept the housecleaning that is accomplished in the estimated time. If you receive an in-home estimate, we may authorize some flexibility in the time permitted to complete the job and waive any additional cost to you, especially if the job is the first visit of a recurring housecleaning schedule.
