MaidThis has been a terrible experience. They state on their website that they will settle any issues a host may have within 48 hours; I have been in correspondence with Len Doman since Sunday the 8th. I paid for 3 hours of cleaning, only to receive 1 hour, and both of the cleaning days that were scheduled, the maids left without finishing the job. The first day they didn't do the gift basket for my guests, and the second day they left because they claimed my dishwasher was broken and they did not want to wash the dishes left behind "by hand" (it is a half-size portable dishwasher, that you need to plug in to the sink to run. All of this was explained). I was then on the phone and in emails with Len Doman expressing my concerns and how I was wrongly charged for 3 hours of work when they were there 1 hour. I also saw after coming home that the laundry I was charged extra for was not done, and instead was thrown into a plastic bag and into the guest room closet. The fridge was not cleaned either of the days and there was rotting fruit left. They opened a drawer that had our personal belongings in it and sent me a photo of it. They also charged me extra a second time for laundry that was again, not done. I have asked Len and Neel for a refund of the extra Laundry service that was not done and a 25% refund for both days seeing as the job was not complete either day that I was charged for and I have been ignored. This is a terrible service and I will be reporting these charges to my bank.
