This package is a close second to popularity. It is a more intense house cleaning. We offer this package on a one-time basis, as most homes do not required the additional items to be cleaned on every visit. The Make-Ready Service is the perfect helping hand for is perfect for Realtors or Homeowners who are in the process of selling/leasing a home, or simply moving out.

Our Personalized Maid Services offers a custom cleaning. Tell us exactly what you need to get done in the home and we get it done for you. We send out 1-maid to clean in your home for 2, 3 or 4 hours depending which time frame was purchased. Simply make us a list and we will strive to complete it within the allotted time. There are some personalized services that require a waiver to be signed, please check out our Downloadable Forms.

Although we offer a Personalized 3 hour Maid Service, we understand that a need for a package with no time constraint is needed. Please check to see if the Hourly Service meets your needs. If your oven is self cleaning, let us know prior to the service or at the time service is scheduled. Maidtopia Cleaning Services will not accept responsibility for any damage to self cleaning oven if the information is not provided on original order.
