Worlock AC Heating was so quick and efficient getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being the Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstop within 1 hour! Bill Worlock, owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend! I have already recommended to someone and they hired Worlock as well and are currently cooling in their home in this extremely high summer heat!

Superb Company and a joy to do business with. At the time of shopping around and requesting quotes, Worlock was able to replace my AC unit with a newer American Standard and gift two smart home technology freebees at a more competitive price than the others.
What stood out the most, the owner, Bill picked up my call (I was expecting a call center or front desk representative). The guys were able to come that evening and assess my system and sit down with me with their recommendations and options.
Cool item in the house is the Amazon Alexa voice Ecobee thermostat. Not only does it manage hot and cold spots, but you can order groceries, read the news, etc. (SUPER COOL!)
They get a thumbs up and I highly recommend getting an assessment.
*2 weeks in with the installation and the home has been very comfortable. Even with the patio doors open in the evenings when we have our cookout get-togethers with friends/family.

Complete smart home upgrade with Nexia & EcoBee technology (functions off our smartphones!) that monitors the entire house while maximizing efficiency.
We have been lucky that it hasn't hit triple digits here in the valley, but we're actually excited for when it does come - kinda of weird right? I can't wait to see my utility bills with all this technology and new American Standard unit on the roof. We're hoping to see a minimum 25% expense difference from previous summers.
Start to finish, Worlock finished on time in the evening (no extra fees for working after hours!). Bill and his 2 assistants were professional and really fun to talk to. Bill showed me everything that Nexia and Ecobee can do with manuals at hand. It's pretty amazing to see what this new technology can do. I can really tell why they call themselves comfort specialist. Everything about the home, they can provide options and solutions to cool the home, save money and do it all from a phone.
Can't say enough about the team at Worlock. Bill and his team did an excellent job and was fun to work with.
