I was charged $116 for a quote that took 30 minutes max, with no work done. I had a relatively minor sewage backup in the basement of my new house, and wanted disinfecting/ cleaning. Initial cleanup had been done, small portion of carpet had been removed and dehumidifiers/ fans were running. Two guys (nice, professional) came out, spent about ten minutes measuring moisture of wallboard, etc. and then they started to bring in equipment, etc. I asked for a quote/estimate first-- $2500. I rejected that, and then was billed for the quote. I believe you should inform persons when they call in and ask you to come take a look that you will charge them for the quote. I also believe it should be standard that you tell persons how much the job will cost before you assume the homeowner wants it and you start bringing in equipment (mats).

Basement flooded twice this week. Chris, David and team were great. Very personal guys and complete professionals. Excellent communication and they did an incredible job. Can not recommend them enough! Especially in a week that saw the amount of flooding we did. Thanks again.

Overall nice people, easy to get along with, however their communication between staff/staff, and staff/ customer is grossly substandard. They have never called back or emailed back they've said they will. It took almost 4 weeks after service was complete to get a statement. There were several times when information was miscommunicated. Don't get me wrong the work they did was great, but if we have any other issues in our home that require clean-up services, we will be calling elsewhere.
