Just few time before leisure ending, the beds we rent were infested by bed bugs and we realized only the day of pick up. I can't say what was the cause, but as per the contract we were responsible. Right, the problem was that Fashion Furniture decided to leave all the furniture inside the apartment because they were unequipped to transport it. This knowing that the contract doesn't say anywhere they could abort the pick up. If not enough, they charged us the next month too since the furniture was still there. We decided anyway to accept it and pay for a further month rate plus for the thermal treatment. In the end they sent us pictures of damaged bed foundations only, but they want us to pay also for the iron caster/wheels and the mattresses without any proof of damage. We're simply asking proof of damage for all they said but their only answer is "the furniture was deemed untreatable". It sounds like a half fraud.
Customer Service stands out. Everything we wanted for a decent price delivered on time and nearly painless. The set-up in our apartment was totally unexpected and so welcome. Pickup was as painless - we will miss some of the items we were getting used to.
