Indoor air quality concerns are a highly underrated threat to homes throughout Lee County. It is generally recommended that properties have their air duct network inspected for throttling, blockages, and contamination every three years. However, many homeowners only seek out cleaning services after the HVAC system has become compromised by these threats. We have an entire division of licensed professionals with extensive training in the HVAC industry to thoroughly inspect these ducts and to correct any issues that get found swiftly and confidently.
As the owner of Lee County Inspection Services Home Inspections and Environmental Services we have referred Servpro of Cape Coral to multiple clients in their time of need. Servpro of Cape Coral responded promptly when I had an emergency water loss. The staff was so caring and professional. During time of crisis, the Servrpro crew made me feel calm and assured. Thank you Servpro for turning a terrible situation around.
This is the most unprofessional business I think I have ever dealt with. They came out to look at the hurricane damage in my home in January and said they would get a quote to me for my insurance company within the week. Here it is May and I haven't heard a word I had to call their office three times and leave messages to get a call back which never happened. Today I asked for the office manager and was told that they can only come out during the week and I would have to take off work because if he came on the weekends I would get charged a service fee. All they had from the first visit they made was pictures none of the rest of the information was there. Do not use these idiots.
