Tyler installed a new water softener. He was professional, courteous, responsible and pointed out a code issue with our water heater that was installed by another company.
We have a service contract with Tonna that includes a fall inspection of our furnace and a spring inspection of our AC. Doug came out today to perform our AC service. He was extremely professional and courteous, respectful of our home, and answered all of our questions. We were extremely pleased.
Had routine inspection of furnace scheduled and done. Inspection pointed out a crack in the heat exchange and we needed a new furnace;- This was a Thursday with the temps to go lower than -10 that night. They by law needed to shut off our heat. They provided safe space heaters for us and had sales come to us in the afternoon. Very professional and helpful. 8 a.m. the next morning had the installer come out and install our new furnace. By 2 p.m. we had heat with our new furnace. Everyone was excellent and professional dealing with us as this was a very unexpected expense and our mood was one of shock. However, we had heat as quickly as humanly possible. This is how you treat customers! Thanks!
