Soft washing & exterior cleaning is not an add on service for us, but is what our company is built upon, what we specialize in, and you can know you are hiring experts for you cleaning needs. As professionals, we know the best way to wash a home is not using high pressure in an attempt to blast off dirt and mold, but rather to use detergents which loosen dirt and kills the mold at the source.

Windows can add light and a beautiful view to a home. They can also brighten your view and have a dramatic effect on your homes appearance. However, that beautiful view can frequently become dirty from dust, pollen, spider webs, and bugs. While most interior windows can be easily cleaned from inside by homeowners; many homes have 2nd and 3rd story exterior windows, which require tall ladders to clean. We at HydroClean have all the tools and experience to clean the windows on any size home. Using Windex and paper towels to clean your windows does not produce the best results.

While our Gutter Guard system will protect your gutters from major clogs, we recommend a yearly maintenance cleaning to blow off any debris off the top and flush the gutters out to remove small debris.

Our Basic House Wash thoroughly cleanses your home from mold, mildew and dirt washing from the top to bottom. The Basic Wash is our most economical plan, perfect for those on a budget. Our Premium House Wash includes the same mold removal process as our basic plan but adds hand scrubbing of the gutters to remove black stains and streaks caused by shingle runoff, in addition to coating the base of your home with a powerful detergent to remove red clay and rust stains. In addition, we clean small front and back porches from ceiling to rails and floors and clean your sidewalks and walkways.

Most of the stains present on driveways & sidewalks are caused by mold growth. Mold spores infest the concrete and grow in shady, moist areas. If the concrete areas have poor drainage and allow water to puddle after it has rained, the mold growth will be worse. Concrete can also be stained by tannin from tree leaves and red clay runoff. HydroClean can restore your stained driveway and sidewalks, cleaning them with dramatic results. We first saturate the concrete with a detergent solution to loosen the dirt and grime.

Around to 5-10 years into the life of the roof, you will begin to notice black stains and streaks, especially on the shaded areas of the roof. The algae forms the black covering to protect itself from the sunlight. The algae feeds on the lime deposits present in the shingles. Between years 10-15 of the roof the black streaks have progressed to grow lichen or moss. The shingles have been degraded and the algae can reduce the life of the roof up to 50% In any case you are not likely to get the full 30 year life from your roof.

Cleaning is necessary to maintain a bare wood deck bypreparing a deck to be stained, cleaningand increasing the longevity of the finish after staining. Wood is one of the most difficult surfaces to clean with a pressure washer. Wood can be easily damaged through the use of high pressure or strongchemicals.

In shady areas brick can become covered in a black or green mold growth. Being that brick is a hard surface, it requires pressure to clean. Pressure alone will not remove mold spores, which are the root of most problem. Before cleaning we apply a strong mildewcide to the brick surface, which loosens existing mold and prevents rapid regrowth of the mold. If the areas remain moist and shady the mold will eventually return, but the cleaning will last much longer by using mildewcides to kill mold spores.
