After a house fire, this restoration company was forced on us because it was the only company our insurance company would employ.
The cleaners were completely hopeless at cleaning. I took multiple pictures of “cleaned” surfaces in my home which were literally black with soot. Showed the pictures to my insurance company and told them I was having to go over everything and re clean after the cleaning crew. They told me to write down my hours and they would pay me to clean my own house! That’s what I did. Huge job, every item in my home was dirty with soot. The restoration people were not much better. This Serve pro should be avoided at all costs.

The water damage clean up crew was fantastic but the restoration process took so long !!!! I went through my home insurance. Serv pro did their estimate and my insurance processed it really fast. My damage was in October but the work didn’t get done until January. I was being patient, but I found myself calling them more then they would call me. To make a long story short I started to communicate with John, the operations manager, and he was fantastic!, very professional! He made sure to communicate about the service that was being done on a daily basis. He kept me updated about the time they would be here and everything turned out good. Tom did a wonderful job on my floors and ceiling I am so happy! I would recommend this company, but make sure whoever is in charge of your project touch base with you frequently, and give you clear, precise information and not information to just shut you up.

I just want to start off by saying that Dillon went above and beyond my expectations. I called him to come out and look at my roof for repair after insurance had declined me several times, but not this time Dillon made sure that he was here with the inspector and ensured me that he would take good care of me. He was polite, punctual and provided excellent service. The crew came out and did an amazing job on my roof. They came out did my roof in 2 days. I also received follow up calls after to make sure that everything met my expectations and if not they would come back out. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for my new roof.

Donny Fast has been awesome through this process. First house the wife and I bought and it caught fire after living in it for 2 months! Donny has been great with communications and hitting deadlines!
