Titan is a commercial and residential landscaping contractor and construction company that provides quality services from experienced landscape design and construction personnel to the greater Anchorage area. Our landscaping services include: full-service landscape contracting, retaining walls, fences, asphalt and concrete contracting, custom decks and staircases, driveways and water features. We also specialize in commercial civil site work contracting, lot sweeping, topsoil sales and delivery, and snow and ice management services.

Titan specializes in constructing retaining walls that consists of materials like natural Alaska granite boulders, concrete blocks, or wood timber; in a variety of sizes depending on the scope, looks and aesthetics desired. Our senior construction managers, Todd Christianson and Kevin Thompson, were some of the first contractors to build concrete block retaining walls, like Keystone and Allan block, back in the early 90's when the product became available. Certain areas in Anchorage have topographies that vary from slightly rolling to mountainous.

The spring clean up special is a service that we have been providing since our inception. The special includes services for dethatching, raking, fertilizing, and lime application (upon request) for all lawn areas, as well as driveway sweeping! This special is for lawns of 4500 sq. Dethatching is simply the removal of the top thatch layer from your lawn. Under Alaska's cool growing conditions, grass clippings may accumulate in a lawn faster than they can decompose. When this happens, a layer of thatch builds up which can insulate the soil, contribute to potential disease problems, and increase drought and winter damage susceptibility because new grass plants grow in the thatch layer rather than in soil.

A good wood deck transports you to another world, or at the very least extends your living space outdoors. It allows you to project yourself into a landscape without destroying it. A truly great wood deck is suited to the site and delights the eye. As examples of our work show, a wood or Trex deck can capture a view, turn even a tiny sunlit space into an outdoor room, and expand the feeling of spaciousness by helping the boundaries between indoors and outdoors disappear. Western red cedar wood is known for its excellent resistance to the elements.
