KOGAP Excavation started with a small crew of former KOGAP mill workers in 2001. From those early days till now we have completed a wide array of projects throughout Southern Oregon. From upgrading and adding onto the parking lot and road at Crater Lake Lodge, rebuilding the streets and sidewalks of Jacksonville, replacing sewer mains and water lines in Grants Pass, parking lot and building site work for Southern Oregon University to the beautiful Commons in downtown Medford and everything in between we have helped to improve our community.
KOGAP has been a licensed general contractor for over 25 years. The members of our Construction & Development team have completed a variety of different project types ranging in both size and scope. From tenant improvements to large commercial and industrial buildings, KOGAP has the experience and expertise to complete your project. Our Construction & Development team is experienced in all aspects of the project. We are continuously engaged in one of Southern Oregon's largest and most prominent mixed-use developments.
KOGAP's Electrical Division was founded in Medford, Oregon in 1990. Starting from humble beginnings as a small team, KOGAP Electrical worked its way up to becoming one of the region's most respected, premier contractors for custom residential, commercial, and industrial electrical applications. KOGAP Electrical is frequently solicited by firms such as Adroit Construction, S&B James Construction Management, Marquess & Associates engineering for project design and research. We have a proven track record with project architects, construction firms, utility contacts, and inspectors.
Our newest department, the KOGAP Landscaping team grew out of our crew at Stewart Meadows Golf Course and was established in 2015. We specialize and are licensed in all phases of landscaping, including irrigation installation, planting, backflow, and hydro-seeding. The KOGAP landscaping crew has extensive irrigation and landscape planting experience to offer for new landscape construction projects as well as those requiring improvement. We were also one of the first landscaping crews in Southern Oregon to complete the installation of a Monarch Butterfly Habitat at Stewart Meadows Golf Course.
