Last night my AC went out, I called several company's. But saw the great reviews for Maki Heating and Air. And called the immediately great customer service from start to finish. Brent was out Tech and was very informative and got our AC in and running on the spot. I am a business owner myself and this is exactly how we operate. Glad to see a fair and trustworthy company.
We have been working with Maki Heating and Air for a couple of years now. Each time we had one of their service technicians come out to our house they were very respectful, and mindful of our needs. We recently needed a new HVAC system including the ducting. Maki was able to supply us a new system within a few days. The technicians that did the install were very polite and professional. They also were able to educate us along they way as to what they were doing and why while they worked. Once the new system was installed and the job was completed, the did a fantastic job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Maki Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.
Called first thing Friday morning as A/C not working properly. Maki was here by 1:30 and fixed promptly! On a 106 degree day, Maki is my hero!
