Disasters come in endless varieties- wind damage, fires, hurricanes, sewage backflows, burst pipes, and even earthquakes. No one can predict when a disaster will occur, but the result is the same- everything stops abruptly. With 20 years' experience in the Disaster Restoration business, we are the experts to help you with your commercial or residential property loss with minimal interruption. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to any commercial or residential disaster caused by fire, smoke, or water.
Following a disaster, it is common for there to be a need for reconstruction or restoration. It may also be necessary to remove the contents of the home/business in order to facilitate this process. Our company can provide contents packing, general inventory, moving, and storage services to our climate controlled storage while reconstruction is under way. Upon completion of the restoration we will bring back all contents to the newly restored building. Using a barcode system we inventory all contents being removed and provide a printed general inventory of these items on site before removal.
In the event of a disaster we know how to respond. Our phones are on 24-7 and we will be on site in 2 hours to perform emergency services*. Emergency services are services to stop further damage from happening to personal property. Board-up Services - Securing of windows, doors and/or the roof to protect from wind, rain or to keep out intruders. Water Extraction - Water damage causes more severe damage to property the longer it stands. Standing water needs to be removed as soon as possible to minimize damage to personal property.
If you or someone you know has had a water damage or sewer back up, either residential or commercial, it is critical to call us right away. How quickly services begin is directly related to how much property can be restored successfully. While dealing with water damage may seem fairly simple, this fails to consider the degree to which water can penetrate into structural cavities and assemblies, creating trapped pockets of saturation. Too late, property owners become aware of the on-going effect of this trapped water on structural and contents materials, which may include: discoloration, warping, splitting, delamination, and musty odor and mold growth.
ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning offers professional grade equipment for water damage and odor restoration. We realize that some homeowner insurance policies do not always cover every disaster. If you've experienced flood damage from heavy rains, melting snow or a sump pump failure, traditional insurance may not cover your loss. Without flood insurance, these situations are often not covered claims and the property owner is faced with paying for the restoration out of pocket. We offer an easy solution to restore your home while keeping costs down.
Cleaning is what we do, whether for homeowners or commercial customers, and whether or not there has been a disaster. We are available for one time specialty cleanings and post construction clean-up. For these services we will schedule an appointment and provide a detailed, written estimate for requested services prior to doing the work. For Carpet/Upholstery cleaning a la carte, please contact our office for pricing and scheduling.

The last thing anyone wants to worry about after a disaster is intruders, vandalism, or protecting your home against the elements. We can help you assess what services are necessary to remove the oil and the odor caused by oil. The amounts of oil spilled will be a large factor in determining the effects to the surrounding structure and environment. Odor removal and control is a critical component when dealing with oil contamination. Our team will determine scope for removal of the oil and work with the building owner and occupants to bring the structure back to habitable condition. If you have any questions on these services, please contact our office 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
There are many forms of odor control at our disposal. Cleaning the source of the odor is the best way to remove odor, however we also have many tools and resources for use in aiding with odor removal. Some methods can be used with occupants and others cannot. We also have the option of removing property to be deodorized at our shop in our contained ozone and drying room (pictured below) rather than on site. We will work with the property owners and occupants and insurance professionals to determine the best method for the situation.
If you or someone you know has had a fire, or has property which suffered from smoke damage or soot damage it is critical to call us right away for help in determining the amount of damage as well as to provide emergency services. After a fire there may be a great deal of damage that is not immediately visible or obvious. Emergency Corrosion Mitigation may be necessary depending on what burned and how the fire was put out. Some surfaces may be more vulnerable than others also. Our professionals can help to determine if and what surfaces may need to be addressed immediately to prevent further damage.
