Landscape architecture is a key design component of nearly every project. O'Dell has provided superior landscape architecture services to our clients since 2002. The landscape architecture team possesses a passion for forwarding the value of citizen's rights to the social and physical opportunities that landscapes, park facilities, and play areas present, as well as personal connections to advocacy for connecting community members through recreational opportunity.
Civil engineering is integral to virtually every constructed project and is our cornerstone discipline. The department is led by Registered Civil Engineers who direct the efforts of our highly experienced engineers and other professionals. By involving in-house professionals including planners, surveyors, and landscape architects in all phases and aspects of projects, we help our clients realize savings of time and money. Design is streamlined, and delays and rework are minimized, as a result of efficient communication channels and enhanced information sharing.
Our survey department handles each project with meticulous precision and client consideration. The department is led by Professional Land Surveyors who direct the efforts of our highly qualified and experienced mapping and field personnel. Our mapping staff carefully prepares accurate and concise documents that will stand the test of time and protect our clients. Clients benefit from our thorough and proactive approach to resolving boundary and title issues that may present obstacles in the future.
