Sarah Herman Landscape Design has been creating California residential gardens since 2002. Our goal is to provide people with functional, beautiful and ecologically sensitive landscapes which reflect each client's personal vision and practical concerns. We are also committed to enriching people's lives by enhancing their appreciation and stewardship of California's natural environment. Pro-bono projects include edible school gardens and California native plant gardens which introduce children to sustainable garden principles and California native habitats.
We create personal landscapes. Because each design reflects a client's individual needs and desires, we work closely with them right from the start. Beginning with the initial design consultation, and throughout the design process, we listen carefully and consider what matters most to people when they decide to renovate their outdoor living spaces. Our projects range in scope and size from intimate to more expansive outdoor living spaces. Services offered include options for full-scale renovations which include hardscape design and planting plans as well as planting plans only.
