Gillespie Moody Patterson, Inc. (GMP) is a multi-disciplinary, award-winning firm focused on providing landscape architecture, land planning, and irrigation design solutions for public and private development projects. Our firm was founded in 1976 by Dennis W. Gillespie and is located in San Diego, California. In 2005, a partnership was formed by Dennis Gillespie, Marc Moody, and John Patterson, transitioning Gillespie Design Group, Inc. into GMP, Inc. In 2008, Dennis Gillespie retired after 36 years of service in the landscape architecture industry at which time complete ownership and leadership of GMP transferred to Principals Marc Moody and John Patterson.
