We are a family owned design-build landscape contractor located on 11 acres in League City, Texas. Our family has been in business and lived in the Bay Area for the last 50 years. We work throughout the Bay Area including League City, Kemah, Friendswood, Clear Lake City, Pearland, Houston, Seabrook and other surrounding cities. As you will see, we provide many landscape services including design, lawn sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, paver & flagstone patios, pergolas and much more. We pride ourselves on providing complete landscape packages at a reasonable cost.

E.D.S.Landscaping can take any backyard concrete patio and turn it into a beautiful custom cut flagstone patio. Our installers have years of experience adhering natural stone to concrete surfaces. Flagstone comes in large and small size stone. We are able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of both sizes. Our designers can also help you on the color of stone and grout to match the surroundings of the patio. Below is a perfect example of how we took a small patio that the builder put in, added a few extra feet of concrete and capped the entire patio with flagstone.

E.D.S. Landscaping installs high quality LED outdoor landscape lighting. Unlike plastic/metal kit lighting found in hardware stores, our landscape lighting systems are comprised of architectural grade components. Focal points stand out and become more beautiful. Textures not seen in daylight become eye-catching detail. Architectural features can be accented, which brings the building and the landscape together for a resort-like feel. Hazards such as steps, low-hanging or thorny vegetation, abrupt changes in elevation or debris in a walkway can all be avoided with properly placed landscape lighting.

E.D.S. Landscaping can install the perfect drainage systems for your property. Your system will collect rain water that seems to accumulate in the yard. Additionally, if you have a gutter system on the house we will attach all the down spouts to the system. The excess water will never stand in the yard. Solid Pipe Drainage and "French" Drain System are both underground systems. Above ground drainage system are also a beautiful methods of drainage. E.D.S. Landscaping can install underground drainage systems using quality 4 PVC Pipe.

E.D.S. Landscaping builds only custom water features to our clients specifications. The Water feature on display in our showroom is to big for most homes, however, it is a great example of what we can build. With over 60,000 lbs. of rock and a pump system that is capable of 20,000 gallons a minute, this waterfall provides great sound and viewing of a 7' water drop and over 200 feet of streams. Sometimes, due to limited space, we can not build a rock waterfall to create proper sound. We can engineer a system to shoot water jets vertically in the air giving the client a visual aspect as well as creating a pleasant sound.

A pergola is a garden feature forming a shaded walkway, passageway, or sitting area. Pillars and support beams hold up a sturdy open lattice to provide the shade. A pergola is a much larger and more open structure and does not include integral seating. E.D.S. Landscaping's team of highly trained employees have years of experiance to guide you to a beautiful solution.

E.D.S. Landscaping is a Texas licensed irrigation designer and installer through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Our license number is LI0011359. We do all our own irrigation installations which allows you to call us directly for warranty and repairs. We use only commercial grade components and design the irrigation systems with water conservation in mind. All our systems come complete with a wireless rain sensor to keep the sprinkler system from coming on during periods of bad weather.

Paver patios can be a real asset to any new landscape project as long as these industry standards are followed. When installing a new paver patio the preparation is 75 percent of the work and paying attention to details is imperative. First we consider all drainage issue and elevations near the house or structure and then frame and excavate the are for a proper grade. Once graded, we fill in the area with 4-6"of stabilized base and compact in 2" increments. This Base material is a mix of sand and portland cement.
