As we are considered an essential business by Harris County we are continuing to work as normally as possible. Yardmasters, Inc. specializes in residential yard services, from lawn maintenance and landscaping services to landscape lighting and drainage systems. We have been servicing northwest Houston's finest neighborhoods since 1990. We are licensed by all necessary state agencies, such as the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Texas Department of Agriculture. These agencies require continuing education credits each year to ensure the license holder is kept up to date on the latest industry developments.

We install professional grade, Made in the USA, Garden Light LED low voltage landscape lighting, with timer and photocell. We, also, offer a mid grade metal lighting fixture (professional grade Volt LED). We use 12-2 cable and waterproof wire connectors on all connections to reduce tripping and outages. Never use a replacement bulb with a higher wattage than your fixture allows as this will cause your transformer to trip and nothing will work.

We offer complete landscaping services; from design to completion; from traditional to tropical landscapes. Whether you need new bed construction or have existing flower beds that need updating, we can help. Yardmasters, Inc. installs several different types of drains in order to suit the needs of each property. Most common are the french drains which use 4" ADS pipe w/ polyfilter sock surrounded in pea gravel, 6" Catch Basins, Tie-in of downspouts (from your gutters) and discharge into the street. If you have a lot of tree roots, we may suggest using solid pvc pipe instead of the ADS. Drains cost an estimated $10.00-$15.00 per linear foot. Utilities will be notified prior to excavation. Yardmasters, Inc. is not responsible for damaged or cut lines, i.e. phone, cable, internet.

We use a core aerator that pulls small plugs out of the ground which allows air, water, and fertilizer to absorb into the root system of the grass. Aerating in the spring prior to fertilizing, encourages a fuller, greener, more beautiful lawn. Aeration, also, helps the compaction in high traffic areas and underneath trees which allows for better water absorption. For very compacted ground, we can apply gypsum, as well. Did you know?
