Hermes won the bid to install a community garden in our neighborhood based on the design conceived by Keith Runyan on their design staff. Despite being rained out a couple times the garden finally did get into the ground and looks great. Keith and the crew were great to work with. Hermes serves as general contractor for our community common areas and have clearly out-performed the former contractor.
My husband and I got several estimates for a patio installation with landscaping. The estimates were all in the same price range. However, Chris, the Landscape Designer listened to our rambling ideas and managed to come up organized visuals that brought our patio to life. Before the actual installation of the patio, Chris came out to show us samples of the pavers and plant options. He explained the process step by step so we would know what to expect. As soon as the weather was suitable, the workers came out to start. They made sure they didn't tear up the rest of the lawn, were efficient, courteous and cleaned the area at the end of the day and at the end of the job. The workers were able to get in touch with Armando, the Project Manager, very quickly if we had any concerns or questions during the installation. The problems were resolved quickly. Both Chris and Armando were readily available for consultation. At the end of the job, Chris came back out for a final walk through. Our patio is beautiful. We are just waiting for the weather to cooperate so we can enjoy our new outdoor oasis.
So the other day I ran out gas and this nice guy stopped and not only gave me a ride to the gas station but offered to pay for the gas can and gas (quicktrip had one on hand we could use thankfully) got my car going and followed me to the gas station and filled my tank. So blessed and happy that...
