A properly working irrigation system is essential to sustaining a thriving landscape. Time, seasonal changes, temperature fluctuations, and other factors will have an impact on your irrigation system, making regular maintenance especially important. Come spring, it's time for an end-to-end inspection of your irrigation system. Our technicians will assess proper water flow and pressure, identify any leaks or system components that need replacement and program your irrigation controller. Your Account Manager will evaluate your property's needs and schedule irrigation service visits accordingly.
Landscaping is a year-round job, but there are unique activities associated with each of the seasons. The months of October and November are the time for removal of fallen leaves, winterizing your irrigation system and making additional seasonal preparations. The best time to prepare plants for spring growth is during late winter. Your dedicated Account Manager will advise you on the right pruning services for your property, which may include selective rejuvenation pruning and cutting back perennials.
We know that creating beautiful environments and manicured landscapes are the result of a continuous process that requires attention to detail and regular maintenance, along with a variety of complementary services. We've spent the last 30 years honing our skills in a wide array of service areas and we're eager to help you accomplish your landscape goals. The following sections highlight the range of services we offer to you, but please review our Landscape Management Plan for a comprehensive explanation.
Nurturing the living landscape is our passion, so we always have the environment in mind when doing our job. That's why we use environmentally-conscious lawn and garden care techniques and materials. The choices we make have effects that reach beyond the individual property; progressive practices can reduce stormwater runoff, erosion, and the leaching of fertilizers and waste that goes to community landfills. Fertilizer is an essential building block for strong and healthy plants - it's our way of supplementing Mother Nature.
Spring is gearing up. Great service and great people.
Brad and Kasey take great care of my property and make sure we are always looking fantastic! Villas at Carrington Square loves Signature Landscape!
Signature landscape takes care of the property at my sons special needs school. They were working as we pulled up, and I heard them yelling to each other and turning off all the equipment. They watched us go inside, and I wondered what was going on. Then the second we got inside the building they started working again. Your crews had shut everything down, just so it was quiet as he went into his school. My son, like many there, has extreme sensory issues and HATES loud noises, so this was a small miracle. I am so impressed that your guys have been trained to do that, or that they thought to do that. That small act saved my little boy from what is usually a certain panic attack.
We are gearing up and excited to serve our clients! Our East Branch shared their mission this morning, uniting the team for this year's landscape season!
This entry at Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (KCKBPU) Riverview Campus was transformed from just turf to a diverse landscape bed bursting with bright colors and a variety of textures. Great job to our construction crew who made this vision a reality!
