In 1949 Paul Swartz, utilizing his grandfather's knowledge and skill in the business, started his own nursery near Wilmot, Wisconsin.

Paul Swartz Nursery offers hundreds of cultivars of deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs to Wholesale customers. We can provide everything from flats of groundcover plants to large trees that require a tree spade to move.

In 1949 Paul Swartz, utilizing his grandfather's knowledge and skill in the business, started his own nursery near Wilmot, Wisconsin. Beginning with an old Ford pickup truck and a wheelbarrow, Paul slowly expanded his business with an emphasis on personalized landscape designs, quality nursery stock, and the dependable service that our clients have come to expect from us. Paul Swartz Nursery is now run by Ross and Elizabeth Swartz and employs experienced landscape designers, landscape crews, and other knowledgeable field personnel who work together to produce quality plants and dependable service for our customers.

Paul Swartz Nursery offers spring (March through May) and fall (October through November) commercial and residential clean-ups. Clean-ups include trimming of shrubs and perennials, pruning trees, and removing leaves and other debris. Clean-ups can also include edging of beds, a layer of fresh mulch, and any other required maintenance. Our service agreements begin in April/May and end in late October/November, or as needed. These agreements include weekly mowing of all lawn areas, edge and trim work, and clearing of all hard surfaces.
