Certified Products, Inc. has been in business since 1951 and after all of those years, we are still owned by the same family. Having originally been a sod farm, the land was extremely fertile. After many years the sod operation was discontinued and the black peat was extracted from the fields. It was bagged and sold to landscapers, nurseries and homeowners. Over the years there was a natural progression to a wider variety of landscaping products. Thanks to the current president and management team, Certified Products now carries multiple different products for many landscaping projects.
The next question is how much mulch do you need? Is this a brand new application or are you refreshing what is already there? The general rule is 3" deep for a new application and between 1" and 2" deep when refreshing existing mulch.
