We had a great experience with Dial One Schilling Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. They provided excellent service, prompt attention to detail, and reasonable repair costs. I recommend this company for all HVAC repair and Plumbing needs. They also offer exceptional customer service. I had an air unit in my business that was clogged and leaking water due to the overflow shut-off valve not working. He fixed the issue right on the spot. I will keep their phone number handy. I had an issue with my mini splits. One had an error code and one was not getting power. Mike came the next morning to assess the situation. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me a run down of what issues may exist, inspected everything pertinent, and explained the best course of action. After I accepted his estimate, Mike resolved the issues in a timely manner, had the system up and running, and wrote out, and explained to me, a detailed synopsis of what he did to resolve the issues. Plus he wrote down some advice to keep my mini splits in top form.
Also, thank you to the owner, George, for scheduling a quality repair person quickly (the very next morning). Quality company!!

We've had the pleasure of using Dial One a few times and every time we have had nothing but great things to say about them. For me, I love that I am given options of what I can do to remedy the situation with upfront pricing so I can decide how much I'm spending. I have had experiences with both Mike and Scott and they have been fantastic! The owner George was very helpful over the phone and even came to the job site to check on the progress which I appreciated.

We have used them for our kitchen remodel, clogged toilets and HVAC repairs.

Great service. Mike was very kind to go to my rental unit, evaluated the issue, provided a reasonable estimate with crisp clear explanation of what the issue was. He was able to install the new unit in a timely manner without any issues. My tenants are happy with the AC units installed. What I particularly liked is that the manager or owner I believe (George) stopped by twice to inspect the work and make sure all is good. Definitely showed dedication to excellence!
I would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.
The icing in the cake was that Mike and I shared the same DOB.

These guys are the Best! The most courteous technicians we've ever dealt with. They were punctual and always kept us in the loop. They called a day in advance to make sure we were still on for our appointment and called the morning of to make sure we were there. They were quick and clean. They never made any mess but still did a little incase clean up. Highly recommend Mike and Dial one.
