Our comprehensive Landscape Maintenance program is performed during the growing season and can include any or all the following services. During each site visit, weeds in the landscape beds and on all hard surfaces will be pulled and/or sprayed. The crew will also observe the general health of your plants and if they observe signs of stress caused by disease or pests sufficient to warrant control, an appropriate chemical application will be made and billed appropriately. River City Lawnscape, Inc. will not conduct any Landscape Maintenance services without a signed agreement.

We are a full-service irrigation provider offering seasonal maintenance, system repair, installation and smart irrigation for commercial and residential properties. An irrigation system transforms your property into the green, healthy and beautiful property that you've always wanted for added curb appeal and increased property value. In addition to fertilizer/weed control on your lawn, we can provide relief from mosquitoes throughout your property and insect invasions into your home. Shrubs are a necessity to create structure and form in the landscape. Available in a range of textures, colors, and forms, shrubs are capable of creating privacy hedges, providing a backdrop for flowering perennials, or as seasonal specimens. We proudly stock a wide variety of shrubs to suit any space, taste, and garden. From petite flowering shrubs to large upright hedge plants, our garden center experts are here to help you find the perfect plant for your landscape.

We can mow the lawn weekly and include line-trimming around trees, structures, garden walls, steep embankments and all areas not accessible with mowing equipment. Mowing is an effective way to promote growth and keep your lawn looking great. We mow weekly at a turf height of 3 to keep the lawn healthy and free of pests. In the summer, this shades and cools the crowns of the turfgrass plants. We will remove clippings and debris off the driveway, sidewalks and other hard surfaces. River City Lawnscape, Inc. will not conduct any Mowing services without a signed agreement.
