Wellman's LandVision (WLV) offers snow and ice removal for commercial and residential clients. Our goal is to create a safe and inviting environment for your clients, employees, and family. We respect their safety as much as you and diligently strive to achieve that goal. We understand that snow and ice removal expenses need to be kept to a minimum without exposing you and/or your business to additional expenses due to injuries. In keeping expenses to a minimum, WLV prorates its services and will never charge full rates for time not spent clearing snow or ice.

Wellman's LandVision stands behind all of its installation work and annually inspects and evaluates your project during the warranty period.

Wellman's LandVision (WLV) uses the highest quality materials available. Our products are not found at your local hardware store or home center outlet. We have access to numerous products from different wholesale manufacturers and growers. These products meet all applicable ASTM specifications and most importantly our own standards and specifications. Warranty terms for our products vary from product to product. Many of our hardscape and lighting products carry lifetime warranties. Our nursery stock items have a 1 year product warranty if we are contracted to water and maintain the nursery stock during the warranty period.

Wellman's LandVision's (WLV) goal is for you to enjoy your completed landscape project and your existing landscaping. In addition to performing routine lawn and landscape maintenance as outlined on the Services Page under Maintenance, WLV inspects completed landscape projects (Hardscapes, Softscapes, and Structures) annually during the warranty period as a courtesy to our valued clients. WLV will rectify warranty items and will perform minor maintenance at no charge. WLV will notify the client if additional maintenance on non warranty items needs to be performed or corrected, such as cleaning and sealing of pavers, joint maintenance, or replacement of nursery stock.
