This information is available at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. JCREMC offers a variety of rebates and incentives on new energy-efficient equipment, such as HVAC upgrades and water heaters.

JCREMC is a local electric cooperative serving Johnson County and parts of Brown, Morgan and Shelby Counties. The people who receive their electric service from us are more than just customers. They are are also members. As owners of the cooperative, members are entitled to the benefits that cooperatives offer, such as our non-profit business structure, local control and decision-making, strength in numbers, and a democratically elected board of directors who are themselves members. If you're moving into JCREMC's service territory and need to start electric service, whether for new construction or an existing property, you will need to call our office at 317-736-6174 and fill out our Membership Application.

JCREMC installs and maintains security lights for residential and commercial accounts. Each light is equipped with a photocell to automatically turn the light on at dusk and off at dawn. The monthly fee for the light is added to your electric bill. The fee includes maintenance and the electricity for the light fixture. A JCREMC engineer will meet with you to learn more about your outdoor lighting needs, determine what's available, and help you decide which option is best. JCREMC offers a variety of commercial and industrial services. When you're ready to start service, please call our office at 317-736-6174 and fill out a Membership Application. If your service request requires a meeting with a JCREMC engineer, please also fill out the Engineering Appointment Location Survey. JCREMC Engineers are available throughout the construction process to address any questions you have regarding installation of new electric service. Because electric service installation requirements may affect other parts of construction, an on-site meeting with a JCREMC engineer is required prior to starting construction.
