After nearly two decades at the helm of Greenmark, a premier Atlanta-area landscaping company, President Mark Erbesfield realized the lack of high-end hardscape companies operating in the Atlanta region. As a result, PaverStone Construction was formed and the PaverStone Difference was created: a unique program blending the best of landscape design and hardscape construction into a seamless experience that brings customer dreams to life without the hassle of hiring multiple contractors. Twenty years later, PaverStone Construction has taken its place among the southeasts premier hardscape construction firms.

Retaining wall technology has changed a great deal in the last ten years and Paverstone Construction has been at the cutting edge of this change from day one. With the advance of modular block systems, property owners found out that they were no longer forced to choose between wood products which may last just a few years and the high cost of poured concrete and the stone it must be covered with. Modular block retaining walls provide the best of both worlds. They are a cost effective yet permanent solution with the durability of poured concrete, and the versatility needed to match the imaginations of today's landscape architects and property owners.

PaverStone construction is a leader is providing interlocking concrete paver products. These products are more attractive than poured concrete or asphalt and more durable. Each Paverstone interlocking concrete paver is individually hand placed into its pattern atop a meticulously prepared and compacted crush stone allowing for maximum load distribution and minimizing the possibility of cracking or sinking. It's like a concrete drive with thousands of expansion joints (except much nicer looking).
