Green Hill Landscaping is a boutique, 5 person design-build landscaping company in Greenville, SC specializing in naturalized water features and unique, eye catching landscaping designs. Having worked in the industry for 18 years, and as Green Hill Landscaping since 2003, we pride ourselves as leaders in water feature creativity and installation, combining state-of-the-art techniques with the highest quality materials. While we love jobs with ponds, we regularly do traditional landscape work like planting beds, mulching, sod, irrigation, fencing, lighting, etc, as part of larger jobs that feature our core skill set focused around patios, fire pits, retaining walls, and other stonework.

Concentrating on one project at a time, each design unfolds into the landscape seamlessly from start to finish as we work closely alongside our clients to make their dreams come true.

Landscape design means different things to different people. Probably 80% of our clients don't actually need or use a formal landscape architect when doing their installation. That is usually just because the scope of the project does not require it. The other 20% of our clients who do opt to have an official landscape blueprint drawn up usually do so for two reasons. It is either a large and complicated build, or the installation is being done commercially or for a government body. If you spend some time browsing our website, you will see that we have a little different look and feel than the typical upstate landscaper. We specialize in transforming new or neglected yards into special places where homeowners can comfortably spend time. We want a front or backyard to be attractive, but also practical. We work to find focal points and "sanctuary spots" for every client, whether they are spending $5,000 or $250,000. We like to us natural stone more than pavers when building a patio.
