Over priced but never followed up on the promises he made. Two things he supposed to followup on following year. Hence the reason for 2 star
Cliff does beautiful detailed work. He passionately loves what he does when it comes to the Curbing industry. He is also a borderline USA professor.
Hands down the best. Can't say enough about Cliff. The level of detail is outstanding. I highly recommend.

After a very "off" year all around, it's going to be the end of the 2020 season after this week.
