Dan is great, but his wife (who "answers" the phones) is the WORST! If I could give negative stars I would!#1) It rained on the day our grass was supposed to get cut, so they didn't come, which is obviously completely understandable. BUT then 1 week passed, 2 weeks passed.& still they never came back to cut the grass. Our dog was almost disappearing in the back yard due to how high our grass was (he's a medium sized dog). My mom called 3 separate times and no answer. On the 3rd call she was getting annoyed and left a message asking them to "at least have the decency to call her back"! All she wanted to know was when they were coming to cut the grass again? The lady (Dan Kelly's wife) finally called my mom back, and when she did, she gave the most rudest attitude ever and started chewing my mom out like it was all my mom's fault or something! (Ps.nothing to do with my mom & she pays her bill on time every time) The lady even "yelled" at my mom telling her that she is really supposed to get the lawn cut every week (we get it cut every 2wks.it doesn't need it every wk and we aren't made of money).like I'm sorry, but you DO NOT say that to a customer (you don't know their situation) and you also DO NOT speak to, nor treat, a customer with the lack of disrespect and attitude/ rudeness that this lady had towards my mom (for no reason)! She must be having problems at home or something, because she definitely took them ALL out on my mom, When all she wanted to know was what day they were coming to cut the grass! Completely and Utterly UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL! Dan himself is very nice, but such a shame his wife "answers" (or really DOESN'T answer) the phones, because she is completely TERRIBLE! All she needed to say was "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. They will be there to cut your lawn on Friday" and called it a day! But whatever.so they came that Friday & cut the grass.#2) Next time rolls around & they come to cut our neighbor's grass (which they always do 1st, & cut ours right after).Well, they cut the neighbor's grass & then leave/skip our house! So they just left & NEVER CUT OUR GRASS! So my mom calls again.to find out what happened.did the lawnmower break? Did something happen? Someone hurt/ everyone okay? Etc. Still that witch of a "lady" hasn't called back, and obviously didn't answer the phones again.she never answers! My mom thinks she must have told the guys we don't want their service anymore or something.but honestly we have no idea, because they don't answer the phones & don't call customers back to let them know anything! Very rude & unprofessional, but we are somewhat relieved not to deal with that "lady" again! So in summary, if you can deal with a company that never answers the phone & hardly ever calls back, then go ahead and use this company.but if you'd actually like to appreciated as a customer, then LOOK ELSEWHERE!
