David DeNicola has over twenty five years of Landscape Construction experience. He built DeNicola Landscaping, Inc. from the ground up and he attributes his success to practicing good old fashioned business ethics and promoting a company philosophy of "exceeding customer expectations". Customer's will return to and promote a business that consistently shows up and delivers exceptional quality projects on schedule and on budget. It's really that simple. Kerry Ascione has 20 years of varied business experience, including accounting, project management and most recently over 5 years Landscape Industry experience.

DeNicola Landscaping specializes in the design & installation of raised multi-level patios. Each level of a multi-level patio can be used for it's own distinct purpose, such as your dining area, outdoor kitchen, deep seating area for real comfort, fire pit or fireplace area for night time enjoyment, pool deck, etc. A multi-level patio allows you to create different outdoor spaces while maintaining a beautiful flow from one outdoor space to the next. Multi-level patios are more attractive and can be incorporated with a variety of features such as: trees, shrubs, flowers, raised planters, sitting walls, recessed hot tubs, statuary, lighting, gazebos, pool houses, etc.

At DeNicola Landscaping, we believe that landscape architecture is as much a creative process as a scientific and technical one. We will ensure that your project is installed properly from an engineering standpoint. We are certified by ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) and we are a licensed New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor. Once we are ready to construct/install your landscape design, we will dedicate a team of professional craftsman. This team will comprise at least one full time-on site foreman and at least two and as many as four full time experienced technicians.

DeNicola Landscaping will install hardscaping that we have custom designed for you, as well as landscaping designed by another architect/designer. DeNicola Landscaping has the experience, expertise, and equipment to tackle even the most sizeable and/or complicated hardscape installations. We can install any simulated or natural stone building material utilizing any hardscape technique required. No hardscape element or feature is outside our expertise.

DeNicola Landscaping can design a lighting plan to enhance your landscape/hardscape installation. Our lighting plans will ensure the safe use and desired ambiance of your outdoor spaces. The lighting system will be easy to operate, via timer. DeNicola Landscaping works with several lighting distributors to secure the best fixtures at the best prices.

DeNicola Landscaping will install landscaping that we have custom designed for you, as well as landscaping designed by another architect/designer. Our Landscape foreman and technicians will ensure that your landscaping is meticulously and beautifully installed, according to your design specifications. DeNicola Landscaping, stands behind its landscaping work, and thus offers a one year plant guarantee on all plant material installed (unless stated otherwise on your contract in unusual circumstances.)
