It began as a one-man operation, and since then has flourished into an organization of hundreds of technicians, crew workers, inspectors, fumigators, and office personnel. In July 1977, Steven R. Dewey purchased Dewey Pest Control from his father and established our present name Dewey Services, Inc. Over the years, Dewey Pest Control has managed a dedicated workforce, quality of service, and a commitment to provide satisfaction to our clients.

Frankie is hands down, the best technician there. My mother has been using Dewey for about 2 years now, and she has had Frankie as her technician the whole time, and has no complaints. He's friendly, professional, easy to work with, and he really gets the job done. He took care of her mouse problem, and even the fleas have gone away (she has 3 dogs!). Thanks Frankie! Started a contract with Dewey about a month ago. First service is about $100 and then will be $90 every three months after that. Had them out for initial service with main concern being ants. I have had to call them out 4 times since we started service a month ago to combat the ant problem and their methods have not worked. One of these times they sprayed inside and told me I just could be in a room that wasn't sprayed for a few hours. Come to find out from the supervisor that I should have been told I needed to leave the house for 24 hours since I am pregnant. Needless to say the fact that their techs do not all know the protocol for spraying in a home and pregnant clients is unacceptable. I can't believe I sat in my home thinking it was fine when it wasn't. On top of this error, we continuously have ants and have resulted to having to buy products and try our own methods as well. We have tried our own bait, spray outside, and diatomaceous earth which has helped quite a bit and will hopefully start to control the problem.so what did I spend $100 for and risk my health and unborn babies health for? No idea, but you can bet I will be disputing the contract and charges they conveniently told me I couldn't cancel without paying a cancellation fee. I will be canceling Dewey, as you didnt accomplish what I paid for and you put my health and babies health at risk.
