As a commercial roofing, industrial roofing, and institutional roofing contractor, Southwestern installs a variety of quality roofing systems, including Built-Up and Single-Ply. If you prefer a Single-Ply system, we install EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofs. Southwestern Roofing is a preferred roofing contractor with many nationally recognized roofing product manufacturers, including Firestone, Johns Manville, GAF, and Siplast. Up to 30 year warranties are available through these manufacturers. If a manufacturers' warranty is not an option, Southwestern provides our own warranty of ten years (material and labor).

Southwestern Roofing & Metal is a one-stop shop for all of your custom sheet metal and other metal fabricator needs. We fabricate and install a variety of products including standing seam metal roof panels, metal wall panels, parapet wall coping, gutters, downspouts, fascia, flashings, reglets, metal exhaust vents, and pitch pans. We fabricate and install architectural metal, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and zinc. Each of our employees is required to participate in a comprehensive four year training program through the local Sheet Metal Union where they learn a variety of specialized skills.
