Our Founder, Tom Schrader, was one of the early pioneers in creating the organized and professional house cleaning industry. With his early and successful start in 1976 at the age of 23, some of the big names in this industry consulted directly and indirectly with him when they started up their companies in the late 70s and early 80s. So much of this industry has his 'fingerprints' all over it, yet CottageCare, which Tom started in 1988, still has some unique features to it that make a huge impact with making services even better for our customers.
I am so impressed with my cleaning! I wanted my main floor done because we have two very large dogs that leave scuffs and messes on the walls, and all the baseboards are white. My baseboards are spotless and no detail was left unturned! Every picture frame and decoration has no dust, even the top of the door frames are clean! It was money very well spent and I will definitely be a returning customer! I could not be happier and would 100% recommend Cottagecare!
Absolutely awful. My first time ever using this cleaning company and I was so excited! Unfortunately they did terrible. We walked in and thought they haven't been there yet but apparently they have. I'm so beyond disappointed. The only good thing is they tore up our check after calling to express how awful they did. I recommend marvelous maids. More expensive but they do everything they say they do
I highly recommend Cottage Care of St Charles. The cleaning ladies do a great job. They make sure to do what I need and the house looks great when they leave. The office manager is efficient and very nice. I highly recommend them them.
