Adam and his whole crew were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. We have a 1915 bungalow with a very steep roof that several roofers wouldn't even quote. He talked us through the entire process and made sure we understood everything that could go wrong with a historic home so we were prepared in case something happened. His experience was impressive- he seemed to know everything about our roof just by looking at it from the ground. Luckily, there were no major problems. The crew finished on time and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
SInce I am not a full-time Florida resident yet and bought my home knowing it would sometime in the near future it would need a roof. On one of my last trips down (actually 2 months ago) I actually interviewed or had around 8 estimates given for my roof. Several of the contractors did not even show up and gave estimates over the phone and of the several who did show there were only two who took the time to sit down and explain their service. Of these two Super Roofs went well beyond any expectation. After hearing about how my roofing would be done, and shown all the material examples from Adam, I was not only in a position that I actually knew something about roofing, but I had enough knowledge to know what to avoid. Adam patiently went through every step and every material that would be used, and why. Adam was the only roofer who inspected every aspect of my job and told me where to save money and what to expect. Combine that with his GAF Gold coverage and there is very little way to go wrong. To make a long story short, I hired Adam and Super Roofs to do the job, which was to take three days, 2 months ahead of when the job was to be done, but settled on a date when I would again visit mostly just to cover the contractors being here. Adam explained that the job can shift due to weather, and how prior jobs delayed because of rain can shift the dates, for this nothing can be done but hope for the best. So last Sunday eve I fly into Tampa and go to my home in St Pete expecting to call Adam to see where we stand with the start of the job (I did not know he had already left me a message on Saturday confirming the start Monday at my work phone which I did not check). Next morning (Monday) I am awoken by a knock on the door 6:45 by a truck driver delivering supplies. At 7:30 the job foreman arrived and told me the crew will arrive shortly. I expected a crew of two or three but by 8 am there were 6 very hard working crew members starting to strip my old roof. The crew was amazing, courteous and very hard workers. Adam came by and chatted with me in the afternoon and told me the job was going well, and there was a chance of finishing ahead of schedule. We got to talking and Adam is an amazing character, if you have the opportunity to start talking with him, hope he brings up some of his amazing stories. Next Day (Tuesday) the crew again all show by 8 am and they were off.at around three in the afternoon I was wondering why the noise had stopped to find the men cleaning up the yard, picking up every scrap and nail, the job was complete, a full day and a few hours ahead of schedule. The yard, home, and garage were actually left cleaner than before they started. The roof looks amazing and I could not be happier. Adam came through on every promise and then some. While this all seems too good to be true, (I'd have a hard time believing it too) I am serious. I would highly recommend Super Roofs. They are the best company we have had do roof work for our HOA, they finished 16 town homes and villas right on time. Adam was easy to work with and did everything that he said he would.
