Garden View provides creative design solutions, and unlike other swimming pool construction companies, our designs can encompass all aspects of pool and landscape construction projects. Guided by our clients, we take any style desired and solve the puzzle of engineering it efficiently and aesthetically. We control costs through efficiency, quality management, long-term employees, our own 72-point inspection checklist, synergy between divisions, solid control of all elements of the job, and not taking on more jobs than we can efficiently handle.
Unlike large retailers, our plants and trees are not grown in a greenhouse or another region and shipped here. They are not overly pumped with fertilizer and other products, which makes plants look great in the store but leaves them too weak to tolerate our climate and normal abuse. At Garden View, you will find strong and hearty plants that thrive in our climate. All trees and plants are not equal, even in our own nursery. At one nursery you might find a larger plant or tree with seemingly more robust flowers, but it may be so pumped with fertilizer and growth stimulants that it looks good only briefly.
The landscape of your community impacts the value, health, beauty, and comfort of your home. All of our team members are continually educated. Through best practice training and monthly gardening instruction we have some of the most educated teams in the field. Southern California plant varieties are reviewed on a monthly basis regarding proper trimming and fertilization schedules. Water management is now more important than ever, and our crew leaders are all proficient in both irrigation repair and programming.
This consultation presents valuable information and mines personal preferences so we ask whenever possible all decision making/interested parties be present. It is important to start navigating differences in goals/interests of the whole family from the beginning. A good architectural design should be much more expensive because it needs to be extensively detailed. This will make a best attempt at comparing apples to apples when used for distribution to contractors for bidding. The same team installing your project designed it, so from your end permitting is a breeze.
Garden View Inc. has done hundreds of jobs designed by various landscape architects. Currently, most of our work is done design-build style, winning over 100 awards in various categories from the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA), including the Best Design/Build in the State of California. Most of our designs are "loss leaders, " meaning they are prepared for our clients at a cost to them considerably less than what it costs us to produce. Applying a common sense approach to the rules of art, the relationship between the structures and the landscape, personal preferences, and function is paramount in our design philosophy.

All of our landscaping projects take plant needs and their placement into intricate consideration.
We visited during their summer sale, and it was incredible. This nursery was the largest out of the eight we toured over two days. They had an excellent selection, and the plants were clearly labeled. The highlight of our visit was Alicia, who assisted us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic, even after several days of the sale. My only suggestion would be to increase the staff during the sale. On our first visit, we explored on our own to get an idea of what we wanted. We returned early another day for assistance. I highly recommend this approach to make the most of your visit. We were fortunate to have Alicia help us, and I noticed others specifically waiting for her as well. If she represents the staff, I’m sure they are all fantastic.
my Wife and went to garden view to get some San Agustin grass, Daylan and Alicia were very helpful, telling as price and size of the rectangular portions, also when I was loading I got my hands dirty with mud, the Daylan help me spraying water in may hands,
Great customer services, so any time we need some thing for our garden I will drive there to get it,
it worth's driving the15 miles to get it.
This is my go-to place for plants. The staff are always nice and helpful, and they have a wide selection perfect for my backyard dry garden designs. I also found some special promotion flowering plants here at a very affordable price. The front part of the nursery serves as a showcase, but if you want to see more options, they'll take you on a golf cart to the back where the inventory is stored. On my last visit, I got two red flowering tea trees. A staff member advised me to be cautious since the one she had in her backyard didn't survive. However, the ones I got are thriving and have started to flower this year after more than six months, so I must be doing something right!
Our experience with Garden View was fantastic! Mark provided an excellent starting concept, Justin crafted a beautiful design, Keely adjusted it to fit our budget, and Eddie skillfully managed our complete backyard pool and landscaping project. It was convenient that they oversaw all aspects of the project from beginning to end. The team members excelled in their respective trades, and the communication was effective throughout the project. Their meticulous attention to detail and adherence to our budget were truly impressive. While Garden View's pricing was comparable to other bids, their project management ensured they stayed on schedule. Their expertise is evident, and we are delighted with the results!
