The Phoenix Electrical JATC Apprenticeship Program was originally registered with the State of Arizona in July of 1943 through a labor-management cooperative effort. We are the leading source for training Apprentices and Journeymen Inside Wiremen for the Electrical Construction Industry in Arizona today. The Apprenticeship Program is a 5 year program that incorporates 8,000 hours of on-the-job training in commercial and industrial electrical construction, working a full-time job, earning competitive wages and benefits, and learning the trade under the direction of a Journeyman Inside Wireman.
