Our preconstruction process is a multifaceted and a collaborative effort. Since 1980 we have offered Design-Build project delivery to our clients even before Design-Build was the industry term it is today. We integrate with the team and provide the capabilities, resources, technical qualifications and experience to deliver projects. With our contracting experience coupled with our technical experience, we consider all project requirements and facility use in developing and evaluating the design. Our team of engineers and estimators work closely with owners, engineers, architects, and general contractors to deliver the project earlier and more cost effective than other project delivery methods.
