The West Texas Electrical JATC is one of many local training centers associated with the Electrical Training Alliance (Formerly known as the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee or NJATC). The Electrical Training Alliance was established over 70 years ago through a collaboration between the IBEW and NECA when it was determined that training was essential to the future of our industry. The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers(IBEW) have spent decades developing the finest electrical apprenticeship program in the world.
